ITV Emmerdale exit 'sealed' as couple torn apart by newcomer and villager 'killed' off

The identity of newcomer Rose and her connection to Will Taylor on the ITV soap opera Emmerdale were finally revealed to the audience.

After finally learning about newcomer Rose (played by Christine Tremarc) and her relationship to Will Taylor (Dean Andrews) in a recent episode of the ITV soap opera, Emmerdale fans speculate that more than one exit may be in the works. Rose made her debut on Thursday night, sharing scenes with Will, following weeks of conjecture.

Before departing, the character made an enigmatic phone call and misled his wife Kim Tate (Claire King) about where he was going. He was led into a room at a hospital where Rose was receiving treatment for an injury to her arm or wrist. It soon became clear that this was their first meeting in a long time, and it also became clear why Will was there and who Rose was.

Will clarified that he was contacted because, after Rose’s accident, he was identified as her next of kin. He asked her to delete him from her records, but she didn’t understand. At that moment, Will revealed her past, telling her she was the mother of a villager. It came up during their discussion of her years-long disappearance that Rose was the mother of his daughter Dawn Taylor (Olivia Bromley).

Rose acknowledged that she had been married to Will, and it was obvious that she had left them when Dawn was still a small child. Rose said she wanted to “live her life” and had “zero regrets” about leaving her husband and small daughter, which infuriated Will.

She seemed uninterested when asked if she didn’t care about their daughter.

Rose’s casual attitude toward her past behavior, which included leaving her daughter Dawn behind and leaving him to bear the consequences of his criminal past, infuriated Will.

Rose didn’t seem to care about his revelations and didn’t seem to want to get back in touch with her daughter.

In a moment of decisiveness, Will said that they meant nothing to each other and that he hoped to never see her again. He then quickly left the room, leaving Rose on her own.

But even though Will made it plain how he felt, he told Kim a falsehood about his whereabouts when he got home.

In another scene from the soap opera, Tom King (James Chase) kept trying to get close to Vinny (Bradley Johnson) in order to control his wife Belle (Eden Taylor-Draper).

Tom invited Gabby Thomas (Rosie Bentham) over and began flirting with her in front of Belle while they were having a few drinks in the pub.

After the episode, fans took to X with a plethora of theories. Some predicted that Rose would break Will and Kim to pieces, while others thought Tom would exact his revenge and be “killed off”.

A supporter wrote: “I swear if they make Will have an affair with this woman behind Kim’s back- #Emmerdale.”

Will will he prove to be a bigamist? “#emmerdale,” inquired a third, echoing the previous one: “It’s possible that Will and sleepy Rosie are still together.”

Another theory: “I sense that Rose is going to be a problem for #Emmerdale.”

Another fan joked, “Rose is going to bring a-lot of chaos and carnage #Emmerdale,”

One fan speculated, “Catching feels for Gobby Gabby to make Belle jealous ffs #Emmerdale,” as they turned their focus to Tom’s plot.

“#Emmerdale One asked, “Is Tom being set up to be written out as the victim of an unidentified murderer?”

Another one cried out, “F**k off, Tom. By the conclusion of this #Emmerdale, please kill him off.” (sic)
